At Tile Club, we want you to love your home renovation, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unused and unopened tiles in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to maintain our high standards of quality and logistics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 45 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully pack your unused, full-box sheets in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix your shipping label and send the package back to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned material, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
