How much extra tile should I order for overage?
We recommend ordering 10-15% more than your actual square footage to account for cuts, waste, and potential future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, 20% overage is suggested.
What is your return policy for unused tiles?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and sample orders are non-refundable.
How are tile orders shipped to prevent breakage?
Large orders are shipped via LTL freight on protected pallets to minimize handling. Smaller orders are securely packed with specialized cushioning. We recommend inspecting your delivery immediately and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
Can I use any type of grout with my new tile?
The type of grout depends on the material. For example, polished marble or glass tiles require non-sanded grout to prevent scratching. Always check the specific installation guide provided on the product page.
